About Our Client
A young, vibrant but established company are looking for a dynamic Administrator to join their business. You would be joining a team that collaborate closely with one another, work hard but know how to celebrate success!

About the Role
Centred on the Customer Experience, it will be your responsibility to maintain and further existing customer relationship whilst using your strong interpersonal skills to solidify new customer contacts. Using your innovative and proven administrative skills, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding on the customer database. Other aspects of the role include:

• Create, oversee, distribute and file correspondence and documents
• Project or database management
• Prepare and track budgets, banking and invoicing
• Ad hoc office tasks and duties

About You

Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of work experience in an Administrative role who is solution focused. The successful candidate will thrive in an ever changing environment but has the ability to multitask and prioritise urgent tasks. In conjunction to your ability to be flexible, the successful candidate will have:

• Strong focus on Customer Orientation
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
• Legal entitlement to work in NZ
• Two positive references from previous employers
