Job Description

This position resides within Thomson Reuters’ Latin America, providing CRM application support and analysis for LatAm business. 

This position is involved in complex development & maintenance projects.  The position demands engagement with Sales and other business stakeholders to understand business needs, elicit requirements and working with technology teams to provide desired project outcomes. Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce CRM automation process and business analysis skills required. 


  • Responsible for day to day management of implementation;
  • Responsible for ongoing stakeholder management (issues, enhancements, general application direction and guidance);
  • Work with business and functional teams to gather requirements, design quality solutions, create business specifications and assist with testing/UAT scripts;
  • Documenting required configuration of the instance;
  • Provide on-going support of existing SFDC developments and existing applications;
  • Partner with Enterprise business systems team, ensuring timely delivery of work to business stakeholders;
  • Clearly communicate project expectations and solutions to team members and business users;
  • Analyze required sales processes, document assessed processes and drive improvements through the development and refinement of SFDC functionality.



Previous Experience

  • Proven commercial experience(5+years) as a business analyst, having worked on multiple CRM technology projects
  • Experience in administering and customizing CRM Systems or experience in administering a large instance (1000+ users).
  • Strong experience performing functional analysis and configuring functionality in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
  • Proven track record in leading initiatives and managing small projects.
  • Demonstrated work experience in working with diverse set of users ( E.g. Sales , Back office personnel and management)
  • Demonstrable experience working throughout a project lifecycle, engaging with various stakeholders and managing and/or reviewing appropriate project documentation.
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile project methodology
  • Experience of solutions involving technologies like Apttus CPQ, Docusign is a plus.
  • Leadership experiences a plus.


  • Four years college degree in a technical or business field of study;
  • SFDC certification a plus.

Required Knowledge and Skills

        Strong business knowledge in Salesforce Automation, Opportunity/Lead management, Quote, Case Management functionalities

        Knowledge of Sales domain regarding customers, products, systems and end-to-end processes.

        Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.

        Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse group- executives, managers, and subject matter experts

        Good team player and capable of responding to a fast paced environment

        Must be flexible to juggle multiple critical priorities

        Strong problem solving skills, should be able to research and understand an undocumented set up and application testing of developed functionality

        Must be willing to work in a global team environment                                                                                                                                       

        Written and Verbal Fluency in English and Portuguese.

        Verbal Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
