Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a new opportunity?
We are looking for a candidate to cover a 3-month temporary assignment.

ASAP start – 3 months
Auckland CBD location

You will:

  • Support the Senior HR Business Partner with change management functions
  • Be first point of contact and support for HR processes, general HR queries to employees and line managers
  • Provide frontline support in the areas of talent, employee engagement and organisational performance
  • Review and provide recommendations on improvements and general accessibility of HR information
  • Build and maintain true partnerships across the organisation

The successful candidate will be dedicated, tenacious and possess an exceptionally high attention to detail. Working on a variety of large projects, you will need to be people, solution and delivery focussed, whilst maintaining the professional values and goals of the company.


  • Strong HR generalist experience, ideally 5 years ++
  • Exceptional knowledge of NZ HR policies and legislation
  • Previous experience with structural or organisational change
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Available immediately
