We are currently seeking a People & Culture Manager. My client is an innovative educational provider, who is dedicated to evolving the next generation. They pride themselves on their values, culture, heritage and sense of community.
You will have previous experience with improving staff performance, savvy leadership skills and a strong HR background.
Responsibilities will include:
Implementing policy, procedure and legal obligations
Understanding the employment processes
Providing guidance and support to improve staff performance
Is able to monitor dashboards and strategically plan for improvements
To research and provide current sector analysis
Managing on-boarding and retention
What is required to be successful in this role:
Ability to work well together in a team
Confident with leading change from the front line through senior management
Is driven by targets and data
Work to tight deadlines
Great organisation skills and ability to prioritise tasks
Interest or previous experience in working for an educational provider in New Zealand
Monday – Friday, office-based hours
