A position of Procurement Manager Assistant (m/f) has just been opened at STELIA Aerospace in Toulouse.
Your role is a key support position for the Purchasing Director.
You assist the Purchasing Director in order to optimize the management of his activity (agenda, travel, communication, meeting preparation, etc.).
Your main tasks will be as follows:
- Ensure internal administrative management:
o receiving calls,
o preparation of letters,
o organization of meetings and travel,
o expense report management,
o schedule management, etc..,
- Ensure the management of relations for the director with the company's partners: customers, suppliers, administration,
- Prepare files for meetings and presentations by coordinating with those involved in these preparation phases.
You will have a central role for the Purchasing Department and organize internal and external information related to the functioning of the department.
You will also be responsible for the coordination and preparation of internal meetings of the department, the management of purchase orders and you will be able to intervene in the follow-up of files for the managers of the Purchasing teams.
