About Your Job:

In this role you will support the Country Manager and Marketing Officer in the development, integration and execution of all marketing activities, so as to drive revenue and grow loyalty of all QR products from all distribution channels and targeted audience as defined in the country portfolio. Directly contribute to the delivery of Malaysia revenue target by assisting in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy that targets existing and new markets.

Accountabilities:

  • Assist in planning according to Head office guide lines for the annual marketing plan for Indonesia station in corporation with Marketing officer
  • Support Budget planning-process of marketing and financial plans and assist in achieving the station commercial objectives
  • Support in the development of target-oriented campaigns based on customer segmentation and market intelligence
  • Source and share market research, insight and trends that will improve the quality of the campaigns delivered in the region
  • Ongoing measurements and optimization of all marketing budget spend to ensure objectives are being met
  • Ensure accurate tracking and monitoring of budget utilization and raise any areas of concern to the marketing manager in a timely manner
  • Prepare budget utilization report that improve understanding and effectiveness of spend.
  • Follow-up procurement, accounting and contractual requests, policies and procedures to ensure the region is compliant with company requirements
  • Work with finance to ensure suppliers are paid on time
  • Ensure brand, messaging, style and tone consistency is always maintained
  • Support the marketing in the development and execution of integrated campaigns across multiple media platforms to support key distribution channels including but not limited to; travel trade, qr.com, FFP program, direct ATO & CTOs
  • Deliver events and exhibitions to the required organizations and region standard
  • Ensure the sales team are aware of and have access to product information and imager
  • Evaluate sponsorship proposals for and submit to the regional office
  • Source marketing collateral and merchandise
  • Support the sourcing and day-to day management of external suppliers and agencies for various projects such as advertising campaigns, event management, merchandise and collateral development.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have need to have a trade or vocational qualification, with a minimum of 3 years of job related experience.

You must have excellent relationship building skills, proven commercial skills and business acumen, strong influencing and negotiation skills, strong decision making and problem solving skills. You must be PC literate with knowledge of word/excel/access and Design programs/word and power point. You should be creative and able to work in fast pace environment

Fluency in English written and oral is essential for this role.
