Ref- DJKG1192 Job Title- Customer Service Manager Location- London Day Rate- £28k to £30k A great opportunity to join an expanding company who specialise in luxury brands within the retail and wholesale market space. This is a global company with presence in the UK, US and the Netherlands. Due to expansion, they are looking for a strong Customer Service Manager to take responsibility of the activities associated with collecting, maintaining and shipping across the UK and EU order base. The Role- You will report to the Sales Director in London and the Director of Customer Service in the US. This role is a standalone role working with a small London team with opportunity to expand * To manage the end to end process of the UK and EU order base * Partner with the production team ensuring demand and supply chain match * Maintain shipping schedules * Process and follow ups of email orders, correspondence and queries * Provide analysis on monthly shipping performance. The Candidate This role is suitable for a highly organised person, who can prioritise conflicting deadlines. Someone that understands the supply chain and wholesale industries and has worked on a global level supporting order processing, shipping, tracking and deliveries - this is a full end to end process.
