Contato telefônico com o cliente externo para análise e entendimento detalhado da solicitação;
Esclarecer dúvidas funcionais sobre os sistemas;
Realizar consultas SQL em banco de dados / Desenvolvimento de scripts em SQL;
Especificar funcionalmente problemas encontrados no sistema;
Oferecer soluções alternativas para problemas críticos.
Superior completo em TI;
Espanhol ou Inglês (apto para atendimento telefônico);
Experiência prévia em TI;
Interesse em atuar com a área de Suporte (atendimento a clientes externos);
Conhecimento em SQL (a nível de consulta em banco de dados e desenvolvimento de scripts).
