Ignata Technology is partnering with a Digital Marketing organisation as they look to appoint a Community Manager Trainee.
Initially, the role involves supporting the Community Manager on a leading SEO forum with over 10 million visitors per year. Duties include engaging the community of 1.2 million members, resolving support tickets and testing new SEO techniques, services and software.
This is an entry-level position, however, it is an important role within the company and offers a huge amount of scope to progress and choose a career path. As such, they do not expect you to have the necessary skills upfront but the successful candidate will be a self-starter with an interest in learning and a good technical aptitude which will enable them to grow quickly into a more senior position.
You'll be part of a small team so a flexible approach and a willingness to pitch in when needed is essential. As long as you're bright, willing to learn and have the initiative to tackle new situations we'll give you the support you need to thrive in an exciting and expanding industry.
The client's main priority is to find the right personality attributes and aptitudes. While these skills are not essential, knowledge in these areas will give the successful candidate an advantage in learning the role and developing their skills further.
