Temp Recruitment Coordinator Wanted!

Our client is on the hunt for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their busy, high performing and supportive team for a 2 month temporary assignment ++
You will be responsible for attracting their most valuable asset – their talent!

  • CBD Location
  • Standard Business Hours 8:30am- 5pm
  • 19th of March start

You will be assisting with a large-scale volume recruitment project. Your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Phone screening
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Supporting a team of Senior Recruiters
  • Facilitating assessment centres
  • Conducting reference checks & other background checks


  • Recruitment experience - internal, agency or both (2 years +)
  • Available immediately for the next 8-9 weeks +
  • Experience working for a large complex organisation
  • Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong administration skills (MS Office)
  • Focussed, engaged and motivated
