This position is primarily responsible for planning, directing and monitoring the tasks and activities of the Marketing Department and leading the Marketing team to attain total branch profitability and revenue targets. Incumbent leads the Marketing group in building agri-machinery products and store brand as top of mind in their respective categories and in attaining their corresponding share of the market.
This position also is responsible for the formulation and review of Marketing-related policies, the continuing study and improvement of processes and the alignment of Marketing processes, KRA’s and KPI’s to corporate goals and objectives
