This position is primarily responsible for the following functions:
Ensuring that company requirements for qualified personnel are provided for in a timely manner through effective external recruitment and assessment;
Monitors the safeguarding, update of 201 files and the optimization of all employee data;
Monitoring employees’ daily attendance, ensuring that their timekeeping entries are correct, and for the processing, coordination of statutory and company benefits;
Providing assistance in facilitation of employee discipline process that is consistent with fair corporate policies and procedures and/or Philippine Labor Laws;
Conducting learning and development programs , or implement said programs as per set directions from Ropali Group HR, and contributing to the design and implementation of competency – and curriculum – based learning and development programs to equip employees with the skills, knowledge and behaviors required for competent and optimized performance;
Conducting organizational diagnosis or implement said programs as per set directions from Ropali Group HR, and contributing to the development and implementation of interventions / initiative for team development and change management; and
This position plays a key role in the management and enhancement of the Performance Management System of the organization, which includes but not limited to the succession management processes.
Graduate of 4 year course, preferably Psychology or Business Management Course
Minimum of 2 years experience in Human Resources Management preferably from an agribusiness or trading industry
Can plan and implement human resource management and development programs
