Group Sales Manager

The Group Sales Manager generates and develops the necessary sales strategies to increase visitor attendance. Coordinates with marketing team in order to increase market share in those areas and aligns the operation with the Co's goals and standards. Responsibilities (Not limited to) Coordinate sales force in order to keep them align with area’s goals Establish and maintain commercial relationships with educational authorities and companies Develop sales programs for schools, parties, camps, corporate and government channels Ensure quality service in group visits Align income budget with sales goals Define and develop commercial strategies Elaborate annual sales budget according to business objectives Analyse competition among the entertainment industry Determine group sales pricing and promotions strategy aligned to marketing objectives Participates in administrative staff meetings, briefings and debriefings
