Job Description

I am working closely with my Middlesex-based manufacturing client to recruit an Electrical Project Engineer. You will be joining their on-site Engineering Projects Team at their busy plant to manage a portfolio containing a mix of large and small projects. This will include the integration of increased automation and controls of batch production processes; replacing and upgrading HV & LV electrical supply across site including from recently upgraded CHP; and ensuring all work complies with legislation and regulatory requirements.

Applications are invited from Project Engineers & Project Managers as well as Electrical Engineers & Controls Engineers who have worked in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, nuclear, chemicals, agro-chemicals, resins, pigments, or similar process-driven industries. Candidates must have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects, and those with previous brownfield project experience are of particular interest.

You will need to have the ability to deal with site-based works on a busy 24/7 plant - this includes managing sub-contractors, liaising with other members of the projects and engineering teams, and other stakeholders within the business such as Production, EHS, etc.
